What are decimal, fractional, and American odds?
Decimal, fractional, and American odds are just three ways to show the same chance and payout.
Decimal odds (most common on Mostbet):
- Example: 1.80
- Your return = stake × odds.
- Bet ৳1,000 at 1.80 → you get ৳1,800 total (profit ৳800).
Fractional odds (like 5/2, 3/1):
- Shows profit relative to stake.
- 3/1 means bet 1, win 3 profit (plus your stake back).
American odds (+150, -200):
- + number: how much profit from ৳100 stake.
- - number: how much you must stake to win ৳100 profit.
On Mostbet you can usually change the odds format in Settings or Profile. Pick the one that feels easiest to you; decimal is simplest for new casino and sports users.
